Two Ways for Us to Work Together:

1. Metabolic REHAB: A one-on-one high touch Coaching Relationship
An 8-week solo program. We’ll address the same metabolic issues but in a more personalized way. You'll have access to my online curriculum for the educational part of the program, along with weekly Zoom check-ins. We’ll create a program tailored specifically to you and your unique needs. I’ll be with you every step of the way, cheering you on, coaching, and supporting you. You’ll have 24/7 email and text access to me during the 8 weeks. We’ll make simple shifts in your food (and other lifestyle factors) to get you back in a body that feels good without the diet drama.

2. The RESET:
A 6-week group coaching metabolic program. It’s short, fun, and effective in resetting your sluggish metabolism and getting you back into a body that feels good again. We'll tackle your unmanageable hunger, cravings, chronically low energy, and growing waistline. You can find all the details here. The program is offered 3x per year.
What You'll Gain
Whether we work together in a group setting or one-on-one, you’ll learn new habits, gain an abundance of tools, and gather valuable information about your unique body to incorporate into your daily life. I'll be guiding you every step of the way. I'll be your coach, confidant, and biggest supporter.
