In fact, I think they make things worse. They move us further away from our innate ability to listen and honor what messages our bodies are giving us.
Dieting harder isn't the answer and I refuse to help you diet harder. That hasn't worked for you. And if you are thinking "but it worked for a little bit." If it only worked for a little bit, if it only worked while you were "working it"..... then it didn't work.
If you want to stop dieting, guess what? You have to stop dieting, and I'm going to teach you how.
Changing HOW we eat, move and live is your ticket to freedom.
Simple changes to what and when you eat, how you sleep, how you move your body, how you de-stress, how you exercise, those are the needle-movers when it comes to better metabolic health; more energy, less fatigue, calm hunger, less cravings, and looser pants.
Contrary to our current diet culture (aka suffer culture) you don't need a set of fussy, confusing, and restrictive food rules. It doesn't have to feel hard. In fact, most of my clients are surprised at just how easy it feels.
It's amazing when we stop fighting with our body and learn to work with our biology, how effortless our body battles become. It's no longer an uphill battle, instead, you fall into this beautiful, harmonious rhythm with your food and body.
A couple times a year I open enrollment for the 6 Week Reset and help folks just like you get back control of their health. You'll learn about food, your body and how to best support it so you can live your best life with thriving health.
It's an educational approach with tools and tidbits for your toolbelt that you can take with you for the rest of your life.
It's 6 weeks long for only 125 bucks (that's a whopping 20 dollars a week, I think if you dig hard, you can find that. You are worth that).
