Life got in the way.

I was recently chatting with a client who "fell off the wagon" during the last RESET. She booked a one-time coaching call with me so we could problem solve her recent falling out. After conversation, she came to a resolution about what happened, "I was busy and life just got in the way." That was the reason the RESET fell to the wayside.... her life! I thought to myself, what an interesting statement..... "Life got in the way" Isn't it supposed to? How does someone live without their life getting in the way? Your life is supposed to get in the way, every single day, forever. So, what's the alternative? You just throw in the towel? You backburner your health because you're busy living your wonderful, beautiful life?! I don't want that for you, I want you to have both, and you can. Taking care of yourself, getting healthy, having vibrant energy is a part of your life. It's your birthright. I'd even argue it's one of the most important aspects because what's a life where you are tired, sick, hungry, unable to do things you love because your body is no longer supporting you. Imagine a way of living so that your life and your health work together, they aren't separate entities; they are a harmonious relationship. A relationship that works WITH your life, with your schedule, wherever and whenever. I just want you to know you can have both. You can have thriving health, endless energy, calm hunger and cravings, amazing sleep, looser pants AND live your life. If you are waiting for your life to not get it the way anymore, you'll be waiting forever.

Sincerely,

Your metabolic cheerleader
