The RESET is a straightforward, effective, and yes—enjoyable—path to revitalized health. It's a group coaching program designed for self-driven, self-motivated folks who can take learned information and implement it into their lives. Say goodbye to endless fatigue, uncontrollable hunger and cravings, and stubborn flab. It's time to get unstuck and embrace simplicity.

You don’t need another grueling challenge; you need a sustainable, uncomplicated approach to health. The diet industry has overcomplicated health and wellness long enough; let me simplify it for you. The RESET swiftly revamps your metabolic machinery, helping you ditch outdated "eat less, move more" mantras, calorie counting and intense, punishing workout regimes that never really worked anyways.

Forget everything you’ve been told about health and wellness. Together, we'll unlearn misguided habits and relearn new approaches to food, movement, and lifestyle.

What is the Metabolism

Your metabolism is a system of the body responsible for FUEL; it's the system of the body that converts food fuel into human fuel into useable energy in your cells.

Your metabolism decides if the food you eat immediately becomes energy for your cells, or if it's tucked away in storage (body fat). How our bodies handle fuel is crucial. Once fuel is stored, our metabolism decides when and if this fat will be released back to our cells to be transformed into energy, essentially kickstarting the process of fat loss.

I'm sure you've heard about the metabolism in terms of losing or gaining weight, a system that fails you as you get older, slows down and is to blame for your low energy, belly fat and inability to eat what you used to without gaining 10lbs overnight. That's only part of the story; your metabolism has STRONG connections to your energy, mood, sleep, hunger, cravings and body fat. So, it’s pretty important to have a metabolism that is flexible (Not fast, not slow).

However, years of micromanagement and chronic dieting can impair this process, leaving you reliant on sugar and suffering from energy dips, mood swings, and intense cravings.

It's an intricate, robust system that works perfectly, you were born with a body that is capable of fueling itself, you never needed to micromanage it.

What does Metabolic Flexibility look like?

Metabolic flexibility is the ability to switch from one fuel system to another, seamlessly. Your body is able to use sugar, fat and ketones to fuel your body and activity, without you overseeing the show.  You can burn sugar, you can burn fat; whether it's the cake you just ate, or the belly fat you want to get rid of.  Your body can adapt depending on the demand and fuel available. It's a behind the scenes process that should happen naturally.

Unfortunately for most, through years of micromanaging, chronic dieting and less than optimal lifestyle choices, our metabolism gets a bit run down and forgets how to use fuel. We get stuck in a paradigm where our body ONLY can rely on sugar, leading to a whole host of energy, mood and hunger issues.
