Our metabolism gets tired from all the mixed messages we send it. In turn, we feel tired, run down, bloated, and hopeless. Your metabolism is your body’s fueling system, deciding how food energy gets converted into human energy. Is your food fueling your cells, or is it being stored as unwanted body fat?
